Trinidad and Tobago’s prime minister approves of our actions and is glad we are going after Venezuelan cartels. You can read this near the bottom of the article. The top of the article is about a random dude’s opinions and fears.

This is headline bait, the headline could have just as easily been “T&T Prime Minister Applauds Trump’s Efforts Against Cartels.”

This is a interesting one, Trinidad has seen a rapid increase in its population at this point due to an almost endless stream of illegal migrants from Venezuela. These migrants came for work ofcourse but so did alot of criminals come to take advantage of the small island. A lot of locals probably highly support the us actions against venes, only those involved in crime are worried about it.

    3. > Maduro 🇻🇪 said that Persad-Bissessar’s 🇹🇹 willingness to grant such access is like declaring war against Venezuela. The Venezuelan president has called for a return to good relations with its Caribbean neighbor, even as Trinidad and Tobago’s government claims there’s no bad blood between the countries.

This paragraph is more important than the blurb the headline is talking about. Some random farmer fearing that Hegseth will attack the wrong country pales in comparison to 🇹🇹 potentially letting American boats sit mere miles away from Venezuela
