When you create a gray area for spend classification it’s a fantastic opportunity to tell stories like how “the opex budget is balanced” and since you decide how things are classified nobody can say you’re wrong.
And people will now have another thing to yell at each other about.
Yeah this is a bunch of redefining to let the government frame the numbers in a more positive light.
This kinda stuff seems unproductive and unlikely to work as Liberals expect.
