Good. A myriad of ways to hold a mirror up to these folks. I wish that gawking and gagging over your own lying words and ignoring reality went a lot further with shifting people’s opinions.

    2. Pam Bondi is a disgrace among lawyers everywhere. She deserves to lose her law license and be disbarred for life. Probably thrown in jail for lying too…if that’s even a crime anymore… Not like she’d know.

    3. Can we please put this guy in charge instead of the human flat tire Chuck Schumer

    4. Each of her dramatic responses was another chance to hand Fox News another sound bite used to froth up some conservative pearl clutchers.

These reps must learn a way to sabotage any possibility of useful sound bites.

    5. This is, genuinely, contempt of congress.

I’ve never seen anything close to this.

Congress gets to ask questions, administration officials have to answer them. This is basic, fundamental, constitutional order we’re talking about.

This “administration” is an utterly contemptible, unconstitutional, unAmerican affront to this great country.

May US historians shame them for eternity.

Kash Patel does the same thing. Never give a straight answer, argue, evade. That way they can’t be accused of lying under oath.

    7. >Bondi interrupted, asking the senator, who worked for the justice department before his career in politics, “Do you have a law degree, Senator Schiff?”

The Senator graduated *cum laude* from Harvard Law School. Bondi’s a complete idiot.

It was a good moment. Probably one of the best of the day. She even tried to attack him and waste his time, and he said “you can attack me with your canned attacks after my time is over. You have plenty to use”.

    9. What happened to the $50K? Where did it go after he took the bag???? That is my Taxpayer $$$ I demand an account of my $$$

If nothing is done about this, then the entire country and the entire world will see that the United States Congress is completely unnecessary and completely powerless. This is indeed an important day for our country.

    11. Just remember: ain’t nothing going to happen. When you think you got him/them this time – you are wrong.

Yep, that is infuriating but no one – who can – wants to do anything about it.

History won’t be kind to individuals like Bondi and the people she serves

Ignoring every single question is the Republican playbook. These people are ghouls.

It was so obvious she did not answer anything because she knew she would perjure herself, and eventually the truth is coming out, probably just over 3 years from now.

Bondi paid someone to take the bar for her. In Florida. That’s why she doesn’t know the law.

She’s not melting down, she’s having the time of her disgusting life. And I now have one more name added to the list of voices to avoid hearing at all costs.

    17. MAGA loved all the trolling as long as Biden was keeping everything running well. Now that this disastrous administration is ruining everything, they’re not going to be so entertained by all the pointless trolling. You can just tell this dumb performative bluster isn’t really rustling their jimmies. But it’s all MAGA has to offer

      From the transcript:

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) to Pam Bondi:

I think it’s valuable that the American people get a sense of what you have refused to answer today. So, these are just some of the questions you refuse to answer, but or have answered with personal attacks on members of this committee.

      * You were asked whether you consulted with career ethics lawyers, as you promised you would do during your nomination hearing, when you approved the president receiving a $400 million gift from the Qataris, you refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked who or what role you may have played, or who played the role in asking that Trump’s name be flagged in any of the Epstein documents gathered by the FBI? You refused to answer that
      question.

      * You were asked whether Homan kept the $50,000 bribe money. You
      refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked whether Homan paid taxes on the
$50,000 bribe money. You refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked, did career prosecutors find insufficient evidence to charge James Comey. You refused to
      answer that question.

      * You were asked, how are military strikes on these boats in
the Caribbean legal. And you refused to even answer that question.

      * You are asked, excuse me, excuse me? You are asked, did you discuss indicting James Comey with
the president. You refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked, did you
approve of the firing of antitrust lawyers who disagreed with the Hewlett Packard
merger. You refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked whether you support
a restoration fund for violent insurrections, insurrections to attack the Capitol on
January 6th. You refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked whether you were
firing career professionals, career prosecutors just because they worked on January
6th. Question January 6th investigations. You refused to answer that question.

      * You were asked by my colleague whether you believe government officials, like
immigration officials, have to abide by court orders. You wouldn’t answer that
      question.

    19. >who brought up red herrings, such as wildfires and riots in his home state, and threw personal barbs, calling the senator a “failed lawyer.”

Talking to a congressman like that used to be a bad look. What’s up with Republicans condoning such shit behavior?

She’s trash, good for Schiff outlining her bs, now the name calling from WH, so predictable.

If we survive Trumpism, we’re going to need constitution-level reform
