      whereas it would therefore appear that, in this instance, ***fumus persecutionis*** **can be assumed, i.e. there is ‘concrete evidence’ that the intention underlying the legal proceedings in question is to undermine Péter Magyar’s political activity,** in particular his activity as a Member of the European Parliament;

      „mentelmi jogomról nem tudok lemondani“
      helyett már a kezdetektől fogva szerencsésebb megfogalmazás lett volna valami ilyesmi: „nem áll jogomban lemondani“. Ez így sokkal kevesebb teret engedett volna a a kiéheztetett orbán-patkányok szardobáló propagandájának.

      Azért kíváncsi leszek majd azok pofájára, akik ezt a debil Pinokkiót akarják miniszterelnöknek.
      Különösen mikor a feleségeket és lánygyerekeket molesztálják Von Der Leyen kedvenc muszlim férgei, akkor aztán ne sírjatok!
