Hope I translated the title faithfully enough! Warning, someone dies in the article as a result of neglect.
For my part, I found it shocking that this is going on. But the political conditions that lead to it & keep it that way are sadly too familiar.

It’s what happens when the system fails because of budget cuts, numerus clausus etc…
Shame on the politicians, all of them but especially the ones cutting on our health budget for the most precarious.
