Ich habe in Apteki gesucht, aber sie haben diese noch nie gehört oder gesehen. Auch wenn sie es taten, wollen sie Rezept sehen. Meine Frage ist, wo ich diese speziell ohne Probleme kaufen kann. Ort oder Website, ich brauche sie nur so schnell wie möglich.

There’s companies which provide all kinds of equipment needed in hospitals and dental care. Usually they sell only for businesses. One example is Pamark Group but I’ve never ordered anything for there, just landed once on their website when Googling other stuff. Happy Googling.
Apteekki usually has these in a drawer if you have a reason to buy them they will sell them no problem, no prescription needed. It’s called a ruisku.

Do you need this specifically or just syringes and needles?
Having worked in one ages ago, I imagine many pharmacies should still sell the so-called stoppipussi/STOP bag with a handful of syringes and needles – though the syringes might be 3ml instead of 1ml. As the name suggests, the target audience is IV drug users but it’s not like they track who buys them or anything like that.
I have never had any trouble buying syringes from Apteekki, and I have bought various sizes from several (used them to measure polyester resin). Needles should be available too. Maybe try some other Apteekki?
