Then the majority of Tory voters don’t understand that their MPs would happily see the sun burn them alive if it makes their donors a few quid.

    2. She’s desperately trying to stop votes going to Reform but all she’ll succeed in doing is losing votes to Lib Dem/Green.

Huh? Does anyone actually care what the tories and labour still think?

Aren’t they kind of irrelevant, moving forwards?

Edit; as per usual with this sub, any comment that detracts from the sentiment that all must bow before authoritarian narratives of power is down voted.

She could be the second coming of Christ and I don’t think she’d be able to pull the Tories out of their well deserved pit.

    5. Not that I see Kemi as being anywhere near power, either green energy is cheaper & better than dino juice and it’ll happen anyway or it’ll be watered down so much it’ll be useless (eg burning wood counts as net zero energy).

The only government targets that work are ones that match what’s happening. My target is that the sun should rise in London before 12pm and have set before 12am. Massive fines on… something… if they miss the target thrice a week.

    6. Here on Teesside we’ve had Tory mayor Ben Houchen for 8 years. One of his key policies has been NetZero Teesside. We have advertising signs all around the region and a big industrial site called NetZero Teesside. Now he’s on Twitter arguing against NetZero. They’ll say and do whatever is popular at the time.

This is off-brand behaviour for tory members as they’re usually utter sociopaths. Maybe it’s because all that’s left of the membership is mostly the one nation tories, while the majority of the swivel eyed curtain twitching loons have already left for Reform.
