      It’s not illegal when fiat currency is illegal and fake. The Federal Reserve is a private entity and is not even a part of the government so this is not really illegal to do anyways.

      Did they say it was to be used as actual currency though? It would make sense as a commemorative coin or something, even if the only people buying it are MAGA types its still money for the treasury
