Let’s just put this „referendum“ into quote marks.
It is a direct answer for Orbán’s repeated so called „referendums“ (conducted via print mail) where they ask people like „Do you want Ukraine join the EU, so all the funds for Hungary should go directly to Ukraine?“ or „Do you want to let emigrants in the country to let them rape your children?“ /s
Only fidesz supporters answered these, they are so obvious bullshit.
Anyway, Tisza party launches a similar, non official bullshit „referendum“… At least they are honest about it.
I’m surprised Orban and his russian friends haven’t tried to assassinate Magyar yet, to be honest. Hope he stays safe and wins.

If we get offended, that Orbán calls his bullshit anti-Ukraine questionnaire a referendum, then we shouldn’t call Magyar’s thing a referendum either.
Aren’t referendums usually done by a national elections institution rather than random politicians?
