Kadayıf and baklava
There are too many types of baklava you might not find same quality again. left one looks like a nightingale nest baklava but I might be wrong.
Right one’s name changes to the region. It’s a type of baklava but we call it „Oklava Çekmesi“, some call it Dolama, Dolanger, Kocakarı Gerdanı
Sarma kadayıf/Sarma Baklava/Sarma
Next time take more photos from angles, it helps defining the sub genres of this baklava. The variety is so vast
