If the bus companies provide support incentive like hiring older people get their license to drive bus, I wouldn’t surprised more people will be interested in becoming bus driver.

I’m not sure if the total number of bus drivers are decreasing or if it just that some wards are offering their own community bus services so the total number of bus drivers may actually be increasing.

Many wards are providing their own bus services at a cheaper price. They only provide services within the ward so have to take metropolitan bus between wards but then, I’ll prefer to take subways then.
