Youd have to find a broker that features the IPO (probably Posti site) and check the minimum purchase amount. Not financial advise but investing in a partial crown corp with a 4% downturn compared to year before in the current economic climate would indicate a risk Id not be willful to venture into. Especially as long as the state is partial owner.
