Damning audit! Enrollment by low income families is down 31% since the rollout of this policy.
Waitlists are also intolerable. Clearly the government didn’t put much thinking into its execution. Wondering what can be done to make the program better.

In BC it’s basically winning the lottery to find a daycare that accepts the $10/ program. Most daycares I’ve seen are around $1100-$1300/ month
