I think this helps tip the balance a little in favor of Ukraine
Seems like a sound strategy … by increasing the cost of „victory“ to a unsustainable level, Russia may be forced to reconsider its strategic goals.
However….
If Putin calls the bluff, he could set his own country back another 100 years.
