Ich habe das Problem mit der Abrechnung von 2024 in Bezug auf die Heizung und andere Kosten. Ich habe den Brief von meinem Vermieter bekommen, um zusätzliche 476 Euro für die Heizungsnutzung des letzten Jahres zu zahlen. Hier sind die detaillierten Werte auf den Fotos, da ich im privaten Schlafsaal (/ein großes WG) lebe und nicht so viel Gebrauch selbst verwenden konnte. Die aktuelle Lesung auf der Heizung beträgt 4793, 1193 und 1273. Kann jemand bei der Klappe helfen, weil ich letztes Jahr im April in den Wohnheim ziehe.

imo there is something wrong because of your moving in date in april – there is no deduction for the 3 months where you’ve been not living there for the heating. They don’t use a reading from 1st of April. Do you have a protocol with the reading from you’re moving in day?
The Heizkostenverteiler usually reset to zero on 01.01. and they don’t directly count the heating in kwH, so the readings today can’t be directly compared to last year.
It says Nutzungszeitraum 01.04.-31.12. meaning they didn’t forget that you only moved in in April (also says 275/366 for the other costs).
Overall everything seems to be in order.
So is it one bill for the whole WG or how does that work?
