Of course Hamas won’t accept it. Constant conflict with Israel is their bread and butter. They would lose all relevance by keeping the peace.
Hamas can’t accept because they wouldn’t be Hamas if they did. They believe they’re following Allah’s command and that Allah cannot be wrong. Accepting this deal means admitting defeat which means admitting Allah was wrong. That’s literally impossible in their worldview. If they believed Allah could be wrong then they would never have become a radical Islamic terrorist group to begin with
They wont accept it because that would mean the end of Hamas’s reign over Gaza. And once that happens, suddenly there wont be any more conflicts between Israel and Palestine(Hamas). And that would more or less show the world how bad they truly are
For all practical purpose, it will be another waste of time. Hamas is set in their way and remaining frontline terrorist soldiers likely are resigned to the fact that they will see their god very soon.
Definition of Hamas to fight with Israel. If they accept it. It would not be Hamas. It would be just another political fraction. And with constantly increasing pressure on Israel, time is playing for them.
If Turkey or Qatar really want it. They should increase pressure on Hamas too.
To be fair how long would it last? BIBI pushed for more Israël colonie and greater Israël. It’s just to please Trump then they will pushed again.
