Would be nice to see someone do anything besides roll over.
Someone needs to do something. The issue with the current US set up is that the GOP has the majority in Congress, Senate, Supreme Court. None of them have the balls to stand up to Trump. Nor do they want to, in all honesty.
Probably more accurate to describe Trump like Hitler considering the way he’s dismantling the US from the inside.
It’s about damn time someone in a prominent role is starting to call for the 25th.
Why would the VP and members of Trump’s cabinet invoke the 25th? Do you really think they disagree with what he’s doing? Let’s be serious.
The 25th won’t remove any of the Project 2025 Ghouls, Stephen Miller, or JD Vance. Trump is a moderate compared to his policy advisors lol. I suppose it does gut their political machines mouth piece though.
25th amendment is so weak and such a waste of breath. It is for a president that is physically unable to do his duties and unable to step aside, not an avenue to remove a sitting president. Talk about how Republicans hate the working class and how we need a general strike to demand impeachment.

That’s saying the obvious out loud Governor! Good for you. Trump needs to be removed from office and whether or not the 25th Amendment will be invoked or not, get it up on the radar screen because it’s right and it’s rational. Confronting sociopaths like Trump can never be underestimated.
Pritzker is just so impressive to me. Illinois has had poor leadership for about 100 years and it is an economic basket case, there is probably no way out of that at this point, they are stuck in so deep. But their Governor is speaking truth to evil, and doing it at much risk, and I admire that.
Many of you don’t know this but for an enormous span of the South (I mean enormous), the closest place for legal abortion is Granite City, Illinois, across the river from St. Louis. Illinois *matters* for womens‘ rights.
I wish Gov. Pritzker would call out the Illinois National Guard to defend the citizens of Illinois from some hooded kidnapping thugs who have been infesting other cities for far too long. Use your authority and send them back.

Just do it soon. Don’t let him get two years in because if you get Vance in before two years then one of his potential 4 year terms goes poof.
