      As Johnson walked back to his office, CNN reports he reiterated to Dean: “I’m working on it. And personally, it’s not my style. I love you and I respect you, OK?”

      Kind of unrelated but, With how easy Trump is swayed by AI videos, I’m shocked no one has created ai videos of guys around him making fun of him and calling him weak.

      I’m sorry, I know articles LOVE to get clicks with headlines, but that hardly seems like he trashed the video. seems more chicken shit than anything.

      Nobody cares because he’s fully on board with creating a white Christian nationalist country. There is nothing he can say that will ever have any meaningful consequences unless it goes against the trump administration goals.

      Johnson doesn’t like Trump as a person. He hinted at that during Biden’s term and on multiple occasions opposed Trump. But he is stuck with him now. Both parties tend to place party loyalty far too high.

      „Trashing“ is a stretch. He expressed mild and indirect disagreement on the style and then later dismissed it as a joke. MAGA Mike hasn’t had a come to Jesus moment yet.

      If the GOP took this shutdown as an opportunity to stand up to lame duck Trump, there would be no consequences other than empty threats and harsh words on Truth Social which only the news media reads and prints on cable television (too much liability to print what he says on broadcast TV). Then all they have to do is release the Epstein files and this dark chapter is over for everyone.

      So it has gotten to the point where Trump’s antics are not even offensive or intimidating. He does it so much, most people expect him to act this way to the point where he is pretty much ineffective.
