The data may be good but the visualisation is definitely not beautiful. So much redundancy, you don’t need a legend when the information is repeats as the tick labels. Same for % on the bars. The 45degree angle is hard to read. The colours are meaningless and quite ugly. Consider flipping the x and y axis, then you will be able to read the labels and won’t need the legend. This would look better with bars the same colour. Or you could play around with a gradient to colour based on political leaning.
