Ich habe dies als Geschenk von Freunden erhalten und wollte ihnen etwas damit kochen. Die Vorbereitung der Lagerfische und die Rezepte, die ich online sehe, sind für größere Stücke, das ist ziemlich dünn. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies nicht so lange einweichen muss? Dann wäre es gut in einem Meeresfrüchte -Eintopf oder vielleicht in einem norwegischen Fischkuchen (liebe diese)? Dank im Voraus!

Bacalao, or dogsnacks.
The word «snacks» on the packaging is a clue. You don’t cook it.
You eat preferably with a light beer.
You can beat it first so it becomes easier to work with and you can have it with butter.
If you use it for cooking then we will haunt you in your dreams 😀
