      This is the stupid thing is that the rule of engagement is design to protect the more powerful nation because the more powerful nation have the resources to somewhat follow the rules. At the same time USA break the rules all the time the different is that no other nation want to cross the usa.

      Doing this just allow the people you vs to also not follow the rules as well. If USA not following the rules why should other countries.

      Towards the end of the GWOT the rules of engagement became pretty excessive to the point of putting alot of American lives at risk. But at the end of the day there should be some in place
