They didn’t comply with any law regarding data protection. I would not let them scan my iris!

Sure it could be a solution to some social challenges. The simple question is…do you trust those people with that responsibility?

No, it’s utterly dystopian and unlikely to gain traction.
Your point about a wallet would need explaining further, all the wallets I use require authentication in some way shape or form and the majority are biometric.
It isn’t a huge win for investors.
They give worthless coins in change of your biometric data. Do you want to sell your privacy data for a few bucks? BTW, they were kicked out of Kenya for privacy concerns.
