Soll ich mein Auto am Montag von 1.00 bis 15.59 aus der Garage herausnehmen? Bitte tragen Sie es mit dieser Frage mit.

No, weekends are not free. It says right there it’s 20€/month.
Only times not included are Mon-Fri 9-16.
Monday morning before 8.59 is included
The idea is that you can rent the parking cheaper if you aren’t using it during business hours (e.g. if you’ll be driving into town for cultural things in the evenings but be elsewhere during the day).
Where are you getting midnight or 1am from? You can park free from Friday 16:00 to Monday 09:00. Then on non public holiday weekdays you are expected to go to work between 09:00 to 16:00.
The person who made the prices can’t calculate. Or I can’t calculate.
You would take evening+weekend parking with office parking and pay 80e/month, for same thing as the 24/7 parking for 90e/month, unless I’m mistaken?
Finnish people have been notoriously bad at paying for services, like commercial parking space instead of roadside parking.
