I think this is a really great more. Considering there are clear links between the terrorist organization and the Indian government, I wonder what are some things that will come out of this?
Just like the fentanyl smugglers they listed as terrorists last winter, it doesn’t look like these guys actually have any political aim as defined by anti-terrorism legislation. Surely there must be a risk of cases getting thrown out when we charge them under a law whose provisions they don’t satisfy.
