I need to know more about this mutiny…
Where are the mutineers now? Awesome graph and story, well done!
Reading the tale under the post – I am curious as to how the Ssistant manager could have convinced almost everyone to walk out. Kind of seems like they might have had a good reason
I read that in the last few years, many restaurants have become *substantially* more productive, often doubling their volume of food made, through online ordering. What percentage of your shop sales are delivery/pickup/online order?
Irrespective of what the index is, does the y axis start at zero?
If you haven’t already, a bonus would be in order for the people who saved your business when everyone else quit. Showing your gratitude for things like that is key for loyalty and good owner/boss employee relations.
If the purpose of this plot is to get people asking about the mutiny, it is flawless!
How has the increased cost of coffee beans impacted revenue? Have you been selling the same amount of coffee but sales revenue has gone up because of price increases?
So how much more are those two employees being paid? What plans do you have for their promotions into management? What’s their profit share percentage? What kind of bonuses did they receive and continue to receive?
For how much bitching I heard from local businesses about how long COVID was impacting… it looks like you recovered in 6 months then were pretty much back to normal.
This graph shows you doubled sales during COVID… im gonna read between the lines and say that the “essential workers” spiel they were given probably didnt match up to the pay they were given – in the middle of a deadly pandemic. Hazard pay is bascially what they (and all the rest of the “essential workers” of the world) were owed.
Instead we got even worse wealth inequality…
„Humbling“ or humble brag? Just post the visualization and spare me the righteousness and pseudo humility.
Do NOT let your landlord know you’re doing this well.
I hope those two employees are well compensated for their work, given that they appear to be the most important parts of the business!
