      This is Letterman taunting Trump. He’s belittling him. Trump desperately wants approval, especially from people like Letterman. Letterman mocking him with ‚goofball‘ will piss him off more than most other things.

      This is Letterman’s schtick and he’s been doing it longer than many people here have been alive. This is what he’s best at, and it will rile Trump to no end.

      Yes, people in the news media should be calling Trump a fascist and a dictator. Letterman is a comedian, let him mock.
