I’m Kenyan and I can confirm the Kenyan police are not capable of finding a prostitute in a brothel. Not only are they extremely inept and absolutely corrupt but also unmotivated and lack any will to solve crime.

I’m ignorant of life in Kenya, but even being dirty poor there is surely a better deal than the Russian meat grinder. My grandad spent some time there and was always spoke very well of the people.
