Spoiler alert, it was just regular consular services the whole time. Chinese guys were not dressing up as cops, they were not putting handcuffs on Canadian citizens in Canada, they were not hanging up a shingle in the middle of Montreal that says „Chinese police station“. Won’t stop many from believing precisely those things have happened, which is of course the entire point of this ‚investigation‘ and years of breathless reporting.
Oh wow. Yet another Chinese conspiracy that amounted to nothing.
Y’all ever wondered how we’ve been hearing endlessly these „warnings“ about some sinister Chinese operations on Canadian soil from „intelligence“ for years and years, and somehow all these „warnings“ ever led to were more „warnings“ from „intelligence“? Are the Chinese agents just particularly good at hiding their tracks or are the RCMP just that breathtakingly incompetent?
