    1. Whatever you do, definitely don’t look up the menu for CHEESE BOAT in Brooklyn if you can’t handle this. Was good when I went but… Definitely some interesting toppings

      I have no problems with people experimenting. Gatekeepers suck, no one said you need to keep every dish only in its traditional form. If anything, we need to come up with more variations to expand into foreign markets. Pizza wasn’t created with 100 toppings and styles either. It evolved over the centuries. Unfortunately in Georgia there’s this idea that any new style is a mistake.

      Having said that, Cucumbers and corn are probably not the best choice for adjaruli toppings.

    4. This kind of stuff is the way forward you rubes. Not sure if this is any good, but we need to experiment.

      Might as well name it Boat shaped bread , this has nothing remotely close to khachapuri besides the shape.
