Rather disappointingly, he’s clearly decided that this is proof that he’s not guilty, rather than an incompetent following of procedure meaning that the trial cannot proceed. He is of course not guilty, but he really shouldn’t be taking this farce as proof that he was right all along – no judgement has been made on that front.

And, whether he is a terrorist supporter or not; I reserve the right to think that he’s a monumental prick for waving the flag of Hezbollah on stage.

This couldn’t have come at a worse time for Starmer amongst accusations of a two tier justice system.

It’s seems the messaging coming from Kneecap and their record label, is that’s it’s ok to support an ultra conservative islamic terrorist organisation that murders homosexuals and treats women as second class.

What a waste of time and money.

I wonder how much money was put into all of this, if it was a substantial amount then it’s a shame it couldn’t have been given to the Music Venue Trust or small venues as a whole, if the government don’t like Kneecap they could support the venues and the arts to allow for bands to grow much easier, doing so would mean more noise being directed at other artists over time
