What. The. Fuck. Those are not public records. I would be fucking livid if my records were just plopped on someone’s desk like this. Nothing to hide but those are private. There’s all sorts of personal things in those records that aren’t in civilian personnel files.
Can’t wait for the GOP being horrified at her not snitching on classmates while Jim Jordan just gets to act a fool with impunity after having covered up actual abuse for years.
It has historically been incredibly difficult if not impossible to get military records from the National Archives, even for family members of the person who served. This is an insane breach in protocol and law. But I don’t expect anything else when NARA is being run by Marco Rubio and a millennial dweeb who worked in administration at the Nixon Library.
