Few years ago they said that every Euro you put to migration brings double back. Lucky Kuopio is going to be rich.

And a very special version of it. I imagine how someone will learn local murre and as an immigrant move to Helsinki where people will not understand this person.
Let be honest, was there jobs in Kuopio to begin with? But seriously, how was so many immigrants able to get into Kuopio? At least for non-EU, you needed reasons (work, school etc) to stay. It is impossible for me to stay without said reason.
I feel bad for the Swed in the interview, these highly educated immigrants are who Finland should be attracting.
