Nope, vedno je bilo prepovedano vrtet glasbo brez dovoljenja. Influencerji samo mislijo da lahko uporabljajo glasbo zastonj.
Nekatera socialna omrežja rešijo to tako, da imajo svojo knjižnico, ki lahko uporabiš (facebook, youtube)

I have no such opinion of influencers, so I could care less. They should get a more respectable job, such as OnlyFans.
The one influencer who moved to Switzerland is just making excuses up to stir controversy. Besides, Switzerland is expensive – if they’re able to move there, then they clearly aren’t struggling at all. Crocodile tears.
That said, fuck SAZAS.
Edit: This reads like the influencer is trying to use any music they like, but Instagram’s automatic system flags it as copyrighted. If the influencer can’t even figure out how to properly use copyrighted music, they probably shouldn’t be using it at all.
No, ni cisto tako, ker v vecini primerov to ni tezava, sploh ce se uporablja glasba s s strani kot je Epidemic sounds, itd. Se pa tezava kdaj pojavi na IG, npr sledim parim fotografom in imajo v reelsih glasbeno podlago z instagrama, tako da je audio mutan ravno zaradi tega, kar je opisano zgoraj in ne slisis kaj govorijo. Ce bi biv (iz) kje druje pa ne bi prislo do muta.
AFAIK, using your own music ie. music you own as IP in allowed and not omitted by SAZAS. That being said, I’m not sure how SAZAS can check online, whether the person posting is the owner to the rights. For instance, if a band holds a public concert, they must report their playlist to SAZAS beforehand. If they only play their own music, no charge is being made…
As for influencers „sharing“ music online… that’s a bit far fetched… Influencers usually have an economical reason for being influencers, meaning their goal is to make money posting… If you make money posting and part of your post is IP music… than either pay the agency that covers IP usage or don’t use it…

Pa ko kdo omeni besedo slovenski ustvarjalci vsebin me tut nasmeji. Mislim ustvarjalci kakšnih vsebin? Edini, ki je znal kaj zanimivega ustvarit, in mel dejansko neko znanje, je bil un Bit Sever. Mislim, da ni enga pametnega, ki bi ustvaril kaj zanimivega.
