Between this and UEFA there’s a glimmer of hope
The fact that there are signs 2 of the big 5 may boycott gives me hope.
They won’t be brave enough to kick them out.
Is simple majority enough for this vote? If so, I have high hopes.
I feel like Nordic countries who already doesn’t have a good public opinion on Israel may vote to kick them out, not all of them would vote out of sympathy towards Gaza but they probably see how Israel’s existence make the whole contest a shitstorm. That shitstorm would grow bigger with one of the big five pulling out.
Has to be over 75% of members agreeing to vote them out. So there’s a chance, but I wouldn’t be putting much money on it tbh
Former head of RTE who leads this organisation has shown himself to be spineless.
The fact their main commercial sponsor is an Israeli company will be enough to make them toe the line.
Why is a non European country participating in EURO vision anyway?
