Arrant nonsense. By and large, his supporters love what he does, and no amount of negative effects will change their minds. They didn’t vote for him for the economy, or national security, or any form of perceived good policy. Not really. Not deep down. No they don’t. They just don’t want the long term consequences of what happens to them personally from their choice. They also don’t want to end up an outcast in their friendships, relationships, employment, etc. We’ll see more „Politics isn’t for me“ or „I’m an Independent“ from these goblins, but they’ll still vote for people like Trump.
