The young, fired up Democrats are tired of being told „wait your turn“ by these geriatric dinosaurs who, have made it clear, they plan to do nothing to reclaim the party’s identity or fight dirty against the GOP.

The Schumers, Pelosis and Clyburns of the party failed in their duty to care for the country. They wouldn’t pressure Biden to exit until it was too late.
There many who will not contribute or support those of the old order. Through their collective failure to act, legacy democrats are responsible for the mess this country is in.
They need to retire and if they don’t then voters should withhold any and all support for their candidacy.
Every one of them needs to be primaried, and DNC positions must be filled with people who support primary challenges for every Rep, Congress and senate. The days of protecting incumbents must end, and new blood must be allowed into the system. They won’t get a nickel from me until that happens. I am fed the fuck up with their gerontocracy.
This is the Democrats Tea Party moment. They need to get it together and clean out the old head that refuse to play hardball. There are generations of younger possible candidates that have borne the brunt of failed Reaganomics and deregulation that need to take over and it is time to move on from the Pelosi/Schumer era and get some reforming done.
Fuck the centrist and the “old guard”. No more capitulating to domestic terrorists.
Schumer has absolutely got to go. He has simply not met the moment. We are in the midst of an authoritarian takeover of the country and all he can muster up is a strongly worded letter?
Less slamming on articles and more action.
Because the old guard is just that… old, out of touch. They are the last person to leave a house party. Nobody wants that. Progressives are the future.
90% of the Democrats need to get primaried. Jeffries, Schumer, Pelosi…so many Democrats aren’t willing to lift a finger to deal with any of their voters issues, and need to go.
Simple they need to retire at the same age as everyone in the corporate world. To many of the old guard mixed with company money as that was the way things were done in the past.
Schumer and Jeffries are a disgrace. I’m really not a Pelosi fan either, but at least she knew how to act like a leader. I really never feel like we’re cooked until I hear something from an establishment dem like these guys. They’re determined to learn nothing from 2024, not change, and will keep running the same losing campaigns. Nobody wants to vote for a Democrat to get a moderate Republican. There are too many exciting Progressive leaders rising across the country (Zohran, Graham Platner, Kat Abugazaleh) who are listening to the moment to care about clowns like these anymore.
The fact Jeffries still thinks his endorsement of Zohran Mamdani matters shows just how out of touch he is. Mamdani has a decisive lead in that race. He couldn’t stop that if he tried (and he probably has tried). All avoiding an endorsement is going to do is put more weight on the „fuck you“ you’ll hear when you try telling someone to vote blue no matter who.
The established Democratic Party is too complacent and comfortable. If we only get a two party system it’s time to primary it into something new. Get rid of these clowns
Every incumbent should be primaried every race every time. It’s dumb not to.
To be direct. *You* should consider running for office if you feel educated and sharp enough to do so. You should be looking at your community and seeing if their are leaders there that need your support or encouragement.
Find the progressive social democrats and push them to act.

4. Reliably interested in things we all care about. Clean water, clean air and affordable healthcare.
5. Will entrench resilient election reforms to make sure we **all** have more liberty and more agency in our political process.
Term limits now.
Mandatory retirement age.
No more entrenched, 40 year terms in congress.
Yeah considering which Dems are still left will be the only real choice democrats get anymore after they fix these midterms like they did the election.

I think many (myself included) are tired of the Dems being such wet blankets. We are always trying to reach over the aisle, trying to appease, not standing by our convictions and compromising on everything to keep the moral high ground.
Meanwhile, it’s against a party that will never work across the aisle, demonizes Dems as pedos, and uses every dirty trick in the book.
I want a leader that recognizes the complete absence of civility and uses the same dirty tactics to enforce change for good. Bypass congress entirely and sign an executive order banning healthcare companies. Something ridiculous, totally illegal, and that works because it has the people’s support. That’s what Republicans are doing.
My longtime Dem rep, age 76, in Congress since 1989, is being primaried. The challenger, 38 years old, came to speak in my town a couple weeks ago. I’m on board. Get involved locally!
God, I hope we pull something akin to the Tea Party takeover of the Republican Party in Congress. We need to restore the Democratic Party to the party of the people, and we need to elect people that are fierce and effective fighters.
