MK Ultra was perfected and modernized as what we know as the „algorithm“. It shapes and molds our minds better than any previous method.

Yes, there are more variations of that by names such as Artichoke, Blue Bird, MK Delta or Monarch. Probably the most advanced version of it will be the Stargate AI (every superpower country will have its own version with a different codename), which project is not about what they say it will be.

Nobody. Its a different project name now.

It’s gone mainstream. People are being programmed and don’t even know it.

MK Ultra was a limited, targeted experiment that produced results the agency considered useful. Even if an agency ran similar projects later, they wouldn’t call them “MK Ultra” because that name is too well known publicly.

Instead, they would have quietly incorporated whatever useful findings they had (not all of which were drug based) into broader programs and everyday institutions. Parts of those techniques or approaches could also be embedded into online platforms and internet systems without anyone explicitly linking them to the MK Ultra name.

They never stopped there’s documentation that they simply split in to different black budget programs instead to specialize in different aspects of their craft.

Me! I do! All with ends to radicalize people into doing what they want. We’re seeing it now. Project Artichoke (precursor program to MKUltra) was intended to see if they could get someone to commit an assassination against their will. After decades of experimenting on the public, they realized the best strategy was to have to academic institutions support wild social constructionist and critical theory, and have the media affirm the most radical ideas, now supported by the academic institutions.
Abstract and incoherent academic viewpoints fed through the news media leads to a breakdown of morals and capacity to discern what is real and what is false, what is fact and what is fiction, what a man or woman is, the distinction between good and evil. Finally, associate a sense of moral purpose to that incoherent worldview by branding your targets as the most evil, inhuman beings possible. Rinse and repeat.
The idea is to craft an environment in which there is complete deniability toward the intelligence agencies, with no agents needed on site and no direct evidence, and yet they effectively stir up, radicalize, and nudge people into mental instability— and ultimately, their goal of an assassination attempt.
Notice how all the political shooters lately (last 5 years) are all delusional in very fundamental ways, like in a morally skewed way? Like in a way they wouldn’t have been without the media repeating the same dehumanizing slogans for a decade?

There have always been mentally ill people. I think secret agencies have been trying to radicalize them into doing their bidding for decades, and it just so happens that there are more mentally ill young people than ever before.

It reeks of design and premeditation.
