She is a Filipino journalist who stood up to Duterte at great personal risk. I’ve heard her speak a few times, and she’s just a delight. I’d highly recommend anyone watch her speak, including [at the UN](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4kizE2LgUU) yesterday.
Her message is very much about the importance of truth being spoken in the world and reaching the people. Amazing contrast with Trump speaking from the same podium.
He probably should have gone for the Russian Order of Honour instead. He has a shot at that one.
