Disclosure: I did not read the article, just the headline.
Anyone who trusts Trump to honour a deal is a fool. The best we can hope for is to delay and delay until another shiny object distracts him.
Of course we don’t we literally already have a deal with the US that he personally negotiated, signed and bragged about.
