By design. Institutions are loading up bigly only ETH OTC. It’s not showing in these retail flows.
Retail attention swung to other alts for now but ETH is positioning for a helluva move up in Q4.
There literally was no altcoin rotation.
Only a select few like ASTER pumped to the moon and usually they had massive insider buying (especially from Binance).
