See, one thing i dont understand here is – If you fly your regular store bought drone, they will locate you faster than ads for single moms in your area, but when a car-sized drone appears out of nowhere, stops international traffic, and then just disappears into thin air, it just doesnt make much sense. Especially when they’ve sent an early warning detection airplane into air just because of this, and now they’re saying „oh we dont know where it went“. Much like in New Jersey, Lakenheath RAF airbase, and rammstein airbase last year, which were all visited by „drones“, things just dont make any sense. It’s not these drones are a size of some car keys that can get lost quickly. So either they have no idea what the hell is happening, or they’re just incompetent.

    2. My opinion as an Israeli –
You have to retaliate back. It shouldn’t be proportional. Ignore the voices that try to scare you.
If you won’t retaliate this trickle will turn into a flood and you may aswell start learning Russian

    3. three years into a European war, when we were so unprepared for the last one… why havn’t anybody had any plans for this?…

      Let’s admit it:

Our politicians went on a shopping spree to buy more of the same rather than invest in domestic anti-drone tech just because it doesn’t have the same clout as HIMARS & F-35s

Now we’re stuck with purchase orders that could take several years to be delivered in completion, while still not having enough to endure a conventional war + having to support Ukraine + still being vulnerable to hybrid wars

      What were they thinking

Ah yes, the hobbyist New Jersey operators made their way to Copenhagen.

In other words, Russia can fly drones through Europe and nobody can stop them.

      Where did they originate from?
