    1. Bolsonaro deserves no pardon. Neither does Trump when justice is served for him

„A majority supports his conviction and imprisonment, but a significant share of the population still backs him. According to a Datafolha poll released Sept. 16, 50% of respondents said Bolsonaro should be jailed, while 43% disagreed and 7% declined to answer.“

    3. This bill would be declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Everyone knows this, but they are trying to force it through to fuel the narrative that the Supreme Court is persecuting Bolsonaro.

Besides that, it seems that this bill would not be approved in the Senate… But it’s never a good idea to trust politicians.

One of the bills is actually an amendment to the constitution that would **prevent the justice to investigate and punish congressmen without asking congress approval**. One politician could commit crimes and go totally unpunished if they are influent enough to make their buddies don’t allow the persecution to happen.

No hard feelings toward the Bolsonaro family he should be jailed for sure but Lula, a convicted criminal, is free, and all charges against him were dropped by his STF team. Funny democracy… President of Brazil lol

Oh good. Was starting to worry someone somewhere was going to be held accountable. Guess responsibility is just for poor people.
