Hallo,
Dies ist ein rumänischer Bruder, der Hilfe braucht.
Grundsätzlich habe ich am 17. September eine Bestellung auf IKEA.BG (in Rumänien nicht verfügbar) erteilt und am 21. September (heute) als Abholdatum aus dem Parkplatz von Kaufland Druzhba (ihre mobile Lieferoption), der nächsten Station nach Rumänien, ausgewählt.
Wenn ich sehe, dass nichts auf der Website aktualisiert wird und dass das Liefertermin gleich bleibt, habe ich versucht, anzurufen, aber sie scheinen nicht zu erkennen, zumindest vielleicht, weil ich von einer rumänischen Nummer anrufe oder am Sonntag ist?
Kann mir jemand raten, ob er dorthin fahren und sehen soll, ob die Bestellung eingetroffen ist, oder ist es sicher, dass sie heute nicht da ist?

It says delivered. You should go to the pickup location and collect it from Ruse
Just to mention – tomorrow 22nd is a bank holiday in Bulgaria. I am not sure if their office/support services will be working – bear this in mind if you decide to call them and no one picks it up.
When it is delivered, you get a text message / email saying you should pick it up within X days. Based on these screenshots, I don’t think it is actually delivered. Sep 21 was your target date, but the blue line is not moving at all.
