      Covering your face is simply not American.  During the Boston Tea Party they dressed up as Indians but still didn’t cover their faces.

       it  should include  N95 masks to the cowards the lot of enforcement

      So I’m sure Caifornia Highway Patrol and LAPD and eveyrone else will immediately start arresting ICE that wear masks, right?

      I’m sure that state and local law enforcement can take violators into custody. Maybe “disappear” the violators for several days/weeks.

      When does it go into effect? Is this the one that takes effect in like June 2026? Because that’s not soon enough. They’ll be assaulting people anonymously for the next nine months.

      Look guys, I want this stuff to end too, but this is performative. The supremacy clause means Federal law supersedes State law. California can’t enforce anything on Federal agents.

      Law enforcement in California still enjoys a special interpretation of the 2nd Amendment though, correct?

      Law enforcement get the guns and „qualified“ immunity, but you’re going to draw the line at them wearing masks. Brilliant, Democrats, just brilliant. Keep wondering why we lose in national politics to an orange faced rapist.

      Now do the rest of the states. Frankly the idea of anonymously unaccountable law enforcement is an oxymoron in the first place. At that point you no longer have it.

      This is a nice gesture but I don’t see how it is enforceable. Feds aren’t going to remove them and local police typically side with the feds so they will just not enforce it either.

      Their going to start using ppe face mask and say something along the line of covid blah blah
