Just out of spite, send Russia a bill with a 2/90 clause for shits and giggles.
Russia should pay reparations to all of the west for this war if they want to trade with us again. Every dime we had to pay to ukraine to counteract russias illegal aggression should be paid back to everyone or russia should be cut up into smaller countries based on their oblasts and de-nuked.
Take the money jeez they are a hostile state, why are we holding back use the money as well for Europe to get energy self sufficiency. Tons of it came from us buying Russian gas anyway
