I think it could stand to be a little more sleek and less chunky but otherwise looks cool

There is a square in the center. It should be smaller making the arms thinner.
If yiu want to use a fancy version of Finnish flag in space without using thw actual Finnish flag, I suggest you use the Finnish yaght club flag:
