      Add it to the list.

No one is going to do shit about it just like the other times.

    2. How many lines does this make that he’s crossed? Lost count a few months ago

    3. sugarlessdeathbear on

May have? The First Amendment limits the power of the government as far as both speech and religion are concerned. Pretty sure government pressuring a broadcaster over speech is a cut and dry violation.

    4. OneLoveOneWorld2025 on

You all are still under the delusion that the US Constitution means anything. They control all three branches of government. The laws are whatever they say they are. Wake up…

    5. TintedApostle on

Did – full stop. They then went on and attacked the View. They crossed the line with Colbert too.

What is worse is the network execs lied and violated rights by being complicit.

SCOTUS in upcoming 6-3 ruling (5-4 if we want to be generous): nah, he’s good.

    7. The NYT has constantly sanewashed Donnie Dipshit and contributed to where we are now.

    8. „May have“? Here comes the NYT to sanewash and bothsides the issue. Great work, guys.

    9. I mean he sent a mob to the capital to murder his own VP. He wipes his ass with the constitution daily.

    10. Aggressive-Will-4500 on

Doesn’t matter anymore. Donald the Dictator now controls all 3 branches of the government.

The Constitution is dead. The USA is next on the chopping block.

God it’d be amazing if our journalists could call a spade a fucking spade instead of „may have possibly taken a shape resembling a spade“

    12. Of course he did, but who’s gonna enforce it? Nobody will and he’s just gonna see that and go further and further.

    13. c0ffeeandcigs on

“May have” is funny. I can’t believe people just roll over and die when it comes to this stuff. The founding fathers are turning in their graves.

    14. DharmaKarmaBrahma on

“May have” this president wipes his juicy ass with the constitution on the daily.

    15. “In Pressuring ABC over Kimmel, Trump may have crossed a constitutional line. What this means for the 2026 midterms and why it’s bad news for the Democrats.” – The NYT OPEd Section.

    16. Forsaken-Cattle2659 on

He 100% did and they publicly admitted it. He wiped his ass with the 1st amendment and somehow this country isn’t losing its shit. But god forbid someone try to regulate guns.

    17. He’s crossed that line many many times already. Amazing that this is what it took to wake people TF up

    18. Gee whiz, you think so? Crossed a line?

People must be „blasting“ him about it too.

This one will be the one that gets him!!!

      /sarcasm

Ffs, he’s immune to everything. The Constitution is a useless piece of paper at this point.

    19. There are so many “lines” that Tang has crossed. So many Senate and House hearings that don’t lead to anything now.

It doesn’t matter what Trump does – he’s winning and getting his way as long as MAGA is in power and has control.

Let’s pray for fair elections and no interference. We wouldn’t be in this mess if more people voted.

    20. Killerkurto on

Won’t matter if he did since the entire right and even the Supreme Court seems to no longer care about the Constitution.

    21. No-Cauliflower-4 on

Why are all these organizations tip toeing around with these weak headlines

    22. May have ?

A free press is not one where a simple critique of the president means punishment

The press has NEVER served as a function of praise for a president

    23. exportedaussie on

A constitutional line? He’s so far over the line he can’t even see the line. The line is a dot to him

    24. wes_wyhunnan on

Oh shut the fuck up with these headlines. “May have”. Go fuck yourself. Of course he did. He has for years, dozens of times. About everything. There isn’t a moral or legal boundary he’s ever seen that he hasn’t driven a fucking truck through on live television.

    25. Square-Weight4148 on

„MAY“… this guy wipes his ass with the bill of rights and nobody seems to care.

    26. ReadingTheRealms on

The nyt never not late to the party. They have become the paper of appeasement. The paper of record is dead.

    27. All he does is cross constitutional lines. But he has never truly been held accountable and now, he never will. America has unleashed a beast unto itself, and you cannot reason with a tiger when your head is in it mouth.

    28. And once again, absolutely no consequences will be suffered. I’m weary of all of these „OH WE HAVE HIM NOW“ headlines.

    29. Apart-Inspector9948 on

this is why we are where we are , shit rags like nytimes maintaining their “impartiality” and tip toe around trumps load a shit and they’ve been doing it for 10 years. the entire american media industry is awful and part of the blame. i have absolutely no trust in any of them and you shouldn’t either. nytimes is the worst

    30. inyourface317 on

Tired of this soft speech. May have. Might have. It appears. Could have. The media and those elected officials are protecting this asshole and the many laws he has broke. He has effectively wiped his ass with our constitution.

    31. houstonyoureaproblem on

He absolutely crossed a constitutional line. He’s very clearly using the power of government to discriminate against people based on the content of their speech. It creates an obvious chilling effect.

The First Amendment violation couldn’t be any clearer.

    32. YesIamALizard on

Clearly did. But it doesn’t matter. Because Congress and supreme Court don’t care.
