Deepika Padukones jüngste Debatte „25 Assistenten“ in Bollywood brachte mich dazu, darüber nachzudenken, wie komplexes Management – nicht nur für Prominente, sondern für uns alle geworden ist.
Was wäre, wenn anstelle von Dutzenden von Assistenten eine KI alles umgehen könnte?
Das ist die Idee hinter Agentic AI – Systeme, die nicht nur wie Chatbots reagieren, sondern auch in unserem Namen handeln: Reisen buchen, Zeitpläne verwalten und sogar finanzielle oder Teamentscheidungen treffen.
Theoretisch könnte dies so transformativ sein wie das Smartphone – aber mit Risiken: Verlust der Kontrolle, Sicherheitsbedrohungen und sogar die Möglichkeit, dass KI „Ihr Chef“ wird.

Imagine an AI that books your travel, manages your schedule, or even runs a team.
On one hand, it could free us from endless decisions.
On the other, what happens if your “AI boss” values efficiency but forgets empathy?
Or if hackers build malicious agents that copy your manager’s voice and give fake instructions?
I’d love to hear what this community thinks — will Agentic AI improve our future, or make it more complicated?

Thats… not the idea behind agentic ai… they still respond like chatbots, they’re just forced perspective or additional context. mostly seems like a gain in mostly forcing action or additional context without burning through context window, but not really focused on avoiding being just a chat bot ime
no idea who you mentioned, but if you ’need‘ 25 folks to fill specific roles… you are likely a perfectionist on top of having infinite resources, and you expect them all to have autonomy and opinions a decade out out what AI can currently do. AI can provide you with 25 toddlers with google capabilities… which would be a step backwards.
