9 years seems shorter than what a person would get for killing a person while driving drunk in other countries. Not only was he driving under intoxication, he was speeding at 125 kph and driving in the opposite direction on a one-way road with max speed set at 30 kph.

Couldn’t figure out why this kid got a longer sentence than similar cases in the past until I read:
