Submission Statement: This is the smoking gun. It would prove he had a rifle on the roof and that he took the shot. Why not release it?
If the narrative isn’t the actual truth to what happened then the only people I think responsible for this are the CIA and that’s because they couldn’t have someone who listened to all sides and stuck to being a good person for the good of the people becoming president. I could have seen Charlie Kirk becoming president sometime between the next 12 and 20 years. He was also going to colleges waking up students from their indoctrination and telling them college was a scam. You can disagree with what Charlie said but if you put emotions and bias aside he’d have you agreeing in no time.
He’s proved he couldnt be bought and that his mission was worth his life. He was straight out the jfk shadow to me. I’m not an expert on American politics/history of course. This and November 1963 just seem so similar, the craziness and lies in the aftermath.
Doing it now means they can blame Israel, blame the left, blame the trans, probably throw some Iran in there if people need someone else to blame.

It’s for trial strategy, defense attorneys could argue that wide release of him taking the shot taints the jury pool, creating grounds for mistrial. The full length raw footage will be shown in court.

My theory,
This guy decided to kill Kirk with some gentle encouragement from some spooks online, similar to how they would create terrorists through online radicalization and then bust them back in the ’00s. I think they were well aware of his plan. I think his plan was to take the rifle to campus (the limping video), stash it somewhere out of sight but still accessible (rifle found in bushes), go scout the location to see if it was a good vantage point (video of him on the roof), then retrieve the rifle and return to the spot to take the shot. I think he got as far as scoping the spot, at that point he was spotted by the actual assassin team, they gave the ok to their highly trained sniper to take the shot, this guy sees and hears what happens and flees the roof to get away. The old guy in the crowd is used for distraction to from the actual shooter so they can make their escape. Now there is plenty of shitty video to show the guy going to the spot and leaving the spot, bot none of him pulling the trigger.
Edit: when he jumps pff the roof he clearly dropped something he stops to pick up. It is 100% not a rifle, but it very well could be a sniper scope or binoculars.

First they need to prove it’s him. Even if it is him and even if he took a shot, it doesn’t mean it was the shot that killed Charlie Kirk.
Also, reports say the guy on the roof was running before the shot was heard.

Tyler’s only role was to drop a gun off at a certain location, wait around nearby for the day, then go and retrieve the gun later on.

FBI has never released everything during an open investigation UNTIL the trial. Tyler is not cooperating and will stand a trial. I don’t get why you fuckers don’t understand basic law.
